The students learn to be fit and exercise while playing contest games against each other, class versus class. The students engage in physical activity playing war ball, dodgeball, and wall kickball. It's fun, energetic, and very competitive.

What improvements have you seen at your school?

The students are having fun playing games and getting involved in physical activity. More students are participating. Anybody can play, both boys and girls and any age group.
