Physical Activity Participation

Students love when it is time for their Go Noodle time each week and daily in the classroom. They are always wanting to do all their favorites which would take all day!! This has made such a huge difference in the classroom.

How did you accomplish your goals?

By incorporating specific times in each classroom teacher's schedule for students to have brain breaks and for the PE Teacher to come in and do some short 15 minute brain breaks and fun activities to ensure they are getting more physical activity on top of PE and recess.
