Breakfast For Everyone — First Meal Matters

Here at Smith Elementary, all of our students are making the healthy choice. It starts with our students participating in our free breakfast . As educators, we have emphasized the Healthy plate and our students have been all the more eager to learn, eat and explain to anyone who will listen how much better they feel as a result. As a P.E department, we have hung several healthy eating posters in our cafeteria so that our kids can read them and become more knowledgeable. Thank you Fuel up to Play 60 for all of your resources and educational ideas.

How did you accomplish your goals?

We accomplished this goal by spending time at the begining of every P.E period talking about the importance of eating well balanced meals every day.
