Physical Activity Participation

These participants made it past their 100 mile goal. They all received their medals, and one was the lucky winner of a Fitbit.

How did you accomplish your goals?

Consistently met three times a week.

What challenges did you face and how did you overcome them?

We have very long winters here. It was tough to keep kids motivated once we had to move indoors.

How did students and adults work together as a team?

We all got out and walked/ran together. We had a good time and tried to keep each other motivated.
