Every Friday since the beginning of this school year, students in my class are taught about healthy food choices and then we spend time following recipes and creating a healthy snack. Some of the snacks we have made this year include cherry pineapple smoothies, warm banana roll-ups, crunchy cereal trail mix, and no-bake blueberry energy roll-ups!
