Physical Activity Participation

I created a master list of Brain Breaks for all of the classroom teachers. I also gave them the resources (like GoNoodle) needed to incorporate Brain Breaks throughout the day. When the students found out that I created the Brain Breaks, they started creating their own to share with the school.

What challenges did you face and how did you overcome them?

The hardest problem to overcome is to get ALL of the teachers to get on board and realize how important these breaks are to not just the students but to everyone.
