The Fuel Up to Play 60 students worked with the Dairy Council to use one of their recipes for a taste test. The recipe was yogur, and peach dunkers. The participants were the students that were eating breakfast. There were ninety participants in the taste test. Eighty-six of the students had positive reviews, and would like to see it added to the menu. Since it was promoting dairy, there were two FUTP 60 students dressed up as cows and mingling with the students.

How did students and adults work together as a team?

They collaborated to decide what jobs each student would perform. Some of these were running the survey, passing out the samples, handing out "I tried it" stickers, and being a cow.

How do you plan to make this Play last during the school year and beyond?

The students want the item on the menu, and will be on the menu for breakfast.

What challenges did you face and how did you overcome them?

It is difficult to find the time needed to plan the activities.
