Technology in PE
Students are engaged in gaming that stimulates movement through the use of technology. Grant money was provided to purchase gaming stations that emphasize movement. Students love gaming, so why not provide them with games such as Just Dance and Kinect Sports to increase physical movement?. Students enjoy the interactive stations.

How did you accomplish your goals?

I wrote a grant to receive funds that would be used to increase student movement during the day in PE and recess.

What improvements have you seen at your school?

Student participation has increase when they have options that interest them.

How do you plan to make this Play last during the school year and beyond?

Continue to encourage the use of technology in PE as a means to stimulate more movement.
