How did students and adults work together as a team?

Students and parents learned about the importance of physical activity to their overall wellness. They developed action plans and learned how to overcome common obstacles to being active daily during the hike in the park.

How did you accomplish your goals?

Students learned about physical, social, and emotional wellness. They discover how decision making and goal setting can help maintain balance in their lives during the narrated hike in the park.

What improvements have you seen at your school?

Students learn about the importance of physical activity to their overall wellness. They develop action plans and learn how to overcome common obstacles to being active daily.
