Tug O War seems to be a lost "physical activity." Most schools don't include it in their curriculum any longer. When you think back, it was done at school, it was done at family reunions, at company picnics, etc. We explained to the students and gave a demonstration with staff and then included in as one of our after school drills. Students love it because they love to compete.

How do you plan to make this Play last during the school year and beyond?

This one is so easy. All you need is the rope and your students. It will be part of our PE activities and after school activities.
