Last year we got our teachers on board with brain breaks and activity breaks. This year, we have made it better! Thanks to GoNoodle, our students are enjoying regular breaks and activity which can be streamed to any room on campus. Our morning newscast crew has introduced and previewed new breaks throughout the year.

What improvements have you seen at your school?

Our students have shown better attention spans and less behavior issues, increasing on task class time.

How did students and adults work together as a team?

Our news crew, teachers, and the students work to encourage each other and make movement a part of the day. Students have special requests and favorites.

What challenges did you face and how did you overcome them?

Tight schedules and planning difficulties make taking time from learning hard. By streaming the breaks, it relieves teachers of planning and becomes a quick and successful activity with big rewards.
