CTSO officers and Fuel Up to Play 60 student Ambassadors created a Veterans Day Color Run honoring our local veterans. Students, veterans, staff, and community participated in the 1-mile run to promote wellness and to honor our veterans on Veterans Day.

How did students and adults work together as a team?

We worked together in a partnership providing the resources and empowering all in an equal voice.

What challenges did you face and how did you overcome them?

Challenges: Working with town for closing of streets and weather in November. Overcome: Provided a presentation to town with map and provided amble clothing ideas and proper dress for all participants for cold, rainy day.
