Our school celebrated as walking was proclaimed our state exercise. We kicked off our celebration by dancing to songs with walking as part of the lyrics. After we danced to Walking on Sunshine, I Think I'll Go for a Walk, and Walk Like an Egyptian, we hosted a schoolwide walk and learned about our state. We had so much fun! We also used this as our FUTP 60 Kickoff for this year!

How do you plan to make this Play last during the school year and beyond?

We will continue to take activity breaks through out our day and DANCE whenever possible!

How did students and adults work together as a team?

Our students had to be great listeners and follow ALL directions. The adults demonstrated flexibility.
