Twice a week, students and ambassadors worked together to complete walking/running challenges in their club. Daily goals of 1 to 3 miles were reached. Endurance increased with everyone and students learned what it means to truly be healthy in order to enjoy and live their lives.

What improvements have you seen at your school?

More and more students wanted to keep track of their runs and how far they went. We had grade level competitions about which grade could have the highest number of miles walked or ran.
