We had literally no wellness efforts in place before trialing this program at our elementary school. With the help of a teacher to coordinate, and many students, staff, and parents it has become a success. We had to work out permission slips, scheduling, and incentivizing correctly after trial and error. But eventually we found what worked for us and the students.

How do you plan to make this Play last during the school year and beyond?

Burnout from staff was a concern because it takes lots of hands on deck to make this happen. So we have a set time during the school year we plan to coordinate the club. That way people can look forward to it and get excited and not get burned out.
