Fairview kicked off its Fuel Up to Play 60 program with a Red Thursday in honor of the KC Chiefs supporting healthy kids in schools. We had a competition to see which class could wear the most red!

How did students and adults work together as a team?

The students on the FUTP 60 team asked the principal to read a reminder on the announcements to wear red on Thursday!

How did you accomplish your goals?

We counted the number of students wearing red on Red Thursday! Announced the winning class - who wore the most red to celebrate Red Thursday.

What improvements have you seen at your school?

We have seen a much greater interest in Fuel Up to Play 60 by getting everyone involved and participating together by wearing red for the Chiefs and Fuel Up to Play 60.
