Our school just kicked off the year with our "Where's Mason Crosby" contest. Mason Crosby (The Green Bay Packers Kicker) in stand-up form travels around the school to all the classrooms in conjunction with our homecoming week. Each classroom dresses up Mason together and takes a picture with him. After he is dressed and a picture is taken, he is passed along to another classroom. Our school has over 1200 students with a large 5-8 staff. All classrooms including core, special education, encore, office and nurses office participate. The winning homeroom/dress up for Mason wins a healthy breakfast party complete with yogurt parfaits!

What improvements have you seen at your school?

Our school culture and climate increased with participation in this event!! Students and teachers alike were excited to receive the Mason Crosby cut-out and anxious to work together to dress him up! The students were excited to see Mason being carried through the hallways in anticipation to participate. All were excited about the possibility of winning a "healthy breakfast!"
