During a lunch period, to increase the consumption of white milk, the Program Advisor and other staff members decided to pass out white mustaches to those students that drank white milk with their lunch. The white mustaches were a big hit and soon half of the students were drinking white milk.

What challenges did you face and how did you overcome them?

We wanted students to also take advantage of the nutrients of drinking white milk in school. It was a challenge because it does not have a sweet taste, but the mustaches helped.
