Each year around Christmas, Westbrook's Student Council gives the student body an opportunity to buy a Warm Winter Wish to send to whomever they may choose. The wishes are supplied then with a small candy cane. This year the students decided to look up different exercises to do to burn off the calories of the small candy cane. Those exercises were then added to the back of each Winter Wish. 1st grade students enjoyed the exercises so much, they added more options of exercise to the back of the wish.

How did students and adults work together as a team?

The adults supplied all the materials for the project. Students came up with the idea and did all the work with the wishes.
