Access to Healthy Foods

I have been trying to get our kids to drink more milk. I would put out 300 and would always have lots left over, but now I put out 350 and we are good, so I have a posterboard up with "You just got caught drinking milk." I will catch them drinking milk and their picture goes up on the board. Every month there are 10 winners and they get cool prizes.

How do you plan to make this Play last during the school year and beyond?

Yes, yes, and yes, we have been doing it since the first of the year and we will keep it going.

What improvements have you seen at your school?

Our kids are actually drinking the milk and some kids love skim milk more than chocolate...WOW!

How did you accomplish your goals?

By letting the kids feel involved and taking pictures of kids drinking milk. They love it.
