Young Chef Salad Competition

Our Young Chef student group competed in creating a salad recipe (compliant with NSLP standards) to be featured on the 17-18 school year menu. Students created their recipes, practiced making them, and then prepared the final version for a panelist of current students, past students, teachers, and administrators. The were judged on three criteria, originality, presentation, and taste.
