Smoothie bowls are another great way to fuel up when you have a bit more time to enjoy. The recipe below is quick, easy and perfect for fueling up!
Add the following ingredients:
2 cups frozen mango chunks,
3/4 cup of low-fat milk
1/2 ripe avocado, pitted and cut into chunks
1 banana
1 cup plain yogurt
1 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp chia cheeds
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup raspberries
Directions:
Step One: Add mango, avocado, banana, yogurt, milk and honey to a blender and blend until smooth. Divide between 2 bowls
Step Two: Top each bowl with raspberries, chia seeds, blueberries, and coconut flakes and drizzle with a bit more yogurt.
