 There is nothing more refreshing than some watermelon on a hot summer's day. The recipe below is quick and easy and perfect for fueling up!

 

Add the following ingredients:

2 cups watermelon, peeled, deseeded and chopped

1/2 cup of low-fat plain or vanilla yogurt

1/2 large banana peeled and diced

optional * substitute the banana with 2 cups frozen strawberries

 

Directions:

Step One: Remove skin and black seeds from the watermelon and cut into large pieces

Step Two: Combine watermelon, yogurt, banana (or strawberries) in a blender. Puree until smooth
